Summary: automatic playing of a specific mp3 file

Initial Comment:
the automatic playing of a mp3 file say named aaa.mp3 if present when changing directory to let blind users know which directory they have moved too. this way a blind person can make a mp3 file with the correct name to announce the album or folder name.
