Date: Sun, 23 Jun 2002 01:11:42 +0100 I used the one suggested on Bjorns page, and it worked really well - i can now compile and install a working rockbox on my recorder So.... what needs looking at? do we have a list of outstanding development, so I dont duplicate anyone elses work. Im thinking of looking at a snake game, a pong game, or remote control support. Is anyone already doing any of these? cheers g ps Respect to Bjorn for getting it this far... all the nasty driver level stuff seems to be worked out, so we can just play :) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Alex Gitelman" <alex_at_fg-soup.com> To: <rockbox_at_cool.haxx.se> Sent: Saturday, June 22, 2002 8:34 PM Subject: Warning: Not usable: GCC 3.1, Binutils 2.12? > Hi, > It seems that something goes wrong with crosscompiler gcc3.1, binutils > 2.12. > > When I build ajbrec.ajz using it it would not load. > > Eventually, I build gcc 3.0.4 and binutils 2.11-2 and thing rocks now! > > In anyway, I suggest somebody who is familiar with SH1 and cross gcc > would investigate the problem (I am not that familiar yet). > May be it makes sense to post a warning on web site. > > Best Regards > Alex > > Received on 2002-06-23 Page template was last modified "Tue Sep 7 00:00:02 2021" The Rockbox Crew -- Privacy Policy |
