We all do mistakes. Hopefully we learn from them so they aren't repeated
(that often).

Often it helps by joining IRC while developing so that things like this gets
coordinated.

It *is* possible but my personal opinion is that is mainly badness to include
it. Mostly because the history very quickly become very big.

The CVS history is very easy accessible using the cvs tool(s), the CVS web
interface and even using the various automated info links on the rockbox
site.
