Subject: Problem I noticed

Problem I noticed

From: Bill Napier <napier_at_pobox.com>

While working on my last patch, I noticed that quite often the
names of directories would be messed up on my AJB6k. For example:

I have a directory called "No Doubt". With Rockbox, it comes up as
"rrangement". It comes up like this every time. When I select it
from the root list, it pulls up the right directory, it is just that
the name is displayed wrong in the root. I've also noticed this with
at least one other sub-directory (though I can't recall which one).

I looked in tree.c and things look OK there. I thought that maybe
some memory is getting trashed somewhere in the qsort operation, so I
took that out and still get the same problem. I don't have gdb, so
can't use the debugger to figure things out. Was wondering if anybody
else had an idea what was going on or maybe some things for me to try?
