Wierd thing is when I first got the JB, I hooked it up and copied the new firmware over to the JB, checked the firmware and it was upgraded to 1.27, no problem... it wasn't a very challenging proccess. So, when I tried to put Rockbox on, I hooked up the USB, deleted the new firmware upgrade, and copied the Rockbox file (renamed) and nothing happened. So I went and downloaded the 1.27 again (to my home pc) and tried to upgrade it to 1.27 again and nothing happens. I've got the extensions turned on, so it's not that. The only difference I can think of between the two computers here and at work is that I think I installed the drivers from CD rom on the system... other than that, I just thought you copy the file over and it detects it. I'll figure this out one way or another :) Strange stuff... Mike George Styles wrote: > > I have the 1.26 version in rom (flashrom?) on my jukebox, and the RockBox > stuff works fine.
