Quote from the Rockbox 1.1 release notes:

 "Relative paths are however not yet supported, all paths must begin in the
 root dir no matter where the playlist file is located."

No, I don't know why this works at all, but there's currently no code that
properly deals with the ../ parts.

If you make each line an absolute path instead, it should work better.
