Attached is a patch to the apps dir that implements a progress bar for
the player models. The progress bar is implemented using the font set
rather than at the pixel level as with the recorder progress bar; this
was much easier to implement, but I'll admit it probably doesn't look as
good.

The patch also includes code to display the total track time or
remaining time as well as the elapsed time depending on a menu option
(General Settings >> Time Display). Times are still only displayed in
file scroll mode.
