  Hi,

  Here's a new version of the charger patch. The same disclaimers still
happens: If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces. It seems to work for
me though.

  This version tunes the cutoff parameters a little, and sleeps more
between the three samples to get a better average of battery voltage. It
still does not detect a spinning disk though.

  The cutoff seems to work, although it perhaps stops just a little too
early. I haven't had time to tune it very much. This version should be a
little better in this respect than the previous one, though.
