Summary: Quicker playback start by starting playb

Initial Comment:
Starting playback takes some seconds (more than on original
archos firmware). It seems that the buffer is completely filled and
then the playback starts.

Instead of this, it should be read x
bytes, with x the lower buffer mark (the value that, when reached in
playback, rockbox reads more mp3 data), start playback and read
even more data so the buffer is full the first time.
