1. We build the simulator for Windows too, as can be seen in the "CVS compile
   status" table. That version is built with the mingw32 cross-compiler
   running on Linux. The problem with this version is that we haven't been
   able to actually run the executable, so it is so far only usable for
   testing the build. (That's why the automatic build isn't available for
   download).

2. Felix Arends already has a system setup for building the win32 simulator
   automaticly on Windows using MSVC++. All it takes is for us to add the
   link to his page on the daily-build page.

It would be cooler if someone had time to investigate and correct the mingw32
cross-compiler problem and we could have it all built on the rockbox site!
