How much longer until 1.3 comes out? curious minds want to know.

I don't think that there is any quantization noise. Every frame is
changed by the same value and the differences between the frame
volumes are exactly the same as before. The docs say, that when you
change the volume of a file and then change it back again, you have
exactly the same file. I think this also works with more changes and
changing back to the original volume.
