Suggestion: After a period of in activity while NOT in the WPS screen,
it would auto return there?

I agree with Björn that hard coding any of the four arrow keys will
cause
many problems for navigation, but unless you plan on some day using the
play/pause as sudo enter key I don't see why it shouldn't be "hardcoded"
to
play/pause..
