some more ideas/quirks -
1. underscore (_) is diplayed as a dot (.)
2. I think an empty folder should have something like [empty] to show
it's empty......
3. when returning to the WPS, the first and the last line blink
(recorder). those are the track name and time lines.
4. wormlet sometimes drop to a very low speed. the only solution to that
is reboot.
