I have my filter set like you:

"To: rockbox_at_cool.haxx.se" -> Jukebox folder

And I get everyone's mails there, no problems with my inbox :)

As Uwe says, his mails have rockbox_at_cool.haxx.se in the "To:" field. Works
fine for me
