Hello,

(Recorder:) With the new reordering of the General Settings menu, I have
exactly ... let's count ... NO single menu that's long enough to have so
many lines that they don't fit on the screen.

Therefore the scrollbar needn't be there. But I prefer it in the dir
browser, of course.

So my idea is to have an additinal scrollbar setting "auto" which makes
the scrollbar only appear if not all lines fit on the screen.
