Hi,
this patch improve the scrolling behavior while browsing thru dir or files.
Now, when you reach the end of a list ( or start of a list ) the cursor remains at his position instead of going at the top ( or bottom) of the screen.
Also, now the scrolling-bar shows the cursor position into the full list , instead of the screen position.
