Date: Thu, 12 Sep 2002 15:42:34 -0600 : I pulled the X5x8.fnt font directly from the archive that was attached : to a previous email, and I also applied the patch. No luck. The : same thing still happens. Hmm. This worries me a bit. The font must have loaded, or it wouldn't be used, and would work with the built-in font using the same output routines, which are working. The font load happens before the logo is displayed, _I think_. (the startup is different in the target than simulator, I need to check this). I suppose we should take this to the list, and see if others have the same problem, which I suspect is going to be the case. In particular, I'm interested in known what Daniel saw on the target while he was applying the patch.
