The original software (archos 1.28) does no delay between tracks (well..
a very very short one)
and afaik the CVS version of rockbox does that aswell.

i have no clue, but that reminds me of another idea i have! Is there any
way to decrease delay between tracks to NO DELAY? I have a mix cd for
instance and dont want the pause in between each song. Thanks!

Hi,

i’m new to this list and i just got my archos recorder.
Since I’m a developer I will start checking out the sources
and see if I can contribute.
A thing I would like to see is the “cuefile”-parsing some
Winamp-plugins do. So if you have a 100meg .mp3 file
(like a mixed cd) you still get the artist/title of the currently
played part displayed.
Do you think that this is implementable our would that
suck too much memory on that tiny device?

Greetings,

Danijel
