Attached is the complete tools/bdf2c fixed for numeric
font names and .bdf fonts converted with ttf2bdf that
don't contain a DEFAULT_CHAR.
I wasn't able to
diff CVS correctly since I've submitted another
patch for this same file that hasn't been commited yet.
The attached file should replace the original bdf2c
after all previous patches are commited. (make
sure it's chmod 755)
