        Hi everybody,
you'll find included a quick and dirty hack for translating all
strings in rockbox. I created an ugly macro for all strings
(the famous _() function) with an item for each language
(for example _("parameters","parametres") ) and a define
to select the string at compile time. It can certainly be
better:

- use runtime strings (aka port a simplified GNU gettext)
- use better pre-processing (aka like GNU gettext but
on compile time)

... but it works (at least for me on a Jukebox 6000 player)
