Hm.. The patch from
http://rockbox.haxx.se/mail/archive/rockbox-archive-2002-09/0309.shtml
hasn't been applied then (at least the part about turning off some icons
when going to USB mode could be added, even if everyone doesn't agree on
the other parts). But there seems to be other problems as well...
