Listen up, everybody!

I have rewritten much of the remote control handling code to make it a lot
more tolerant to false data reception due to insertion/extraction of head
phones, or from cassette adapters.

Please try the next daily build and see if you encounter any erratic
behaviour when you jiggle the ear phone connector, or if your remote control
doesn't work as expected.

This is especially important for you who experience problems with cassette
adapters.
