We appreciate if *all* patches, files and fixes that are meant for inclusion
in the sources would be posted there. It makes it *so* easy for the
committers to scan the list, to pick one of the not-yet-dealt-with items and
then when fixed, close the issue.

As it is now, we have to scan the mail box all the time, and with 50 daily
mails on this list, the mails with patches drown in the amount of other
mails. The patch tracker will help us not forget and not miss interesting and
good contributions.
