The thing is that there are going to be several different designs based on what different people want. All I'm concerned about is that these different remotes present an industy standard interface (UART) so that they are not limited to simply being RockBox remotes. That requires that a special cable be designed which adapts a standard UART connection to the RockBox one wire system. Stu.
