Maybe so, but the shutoff is done by the hardware. We have nothing to
do with that.

And setting BATTERY_LEVEL_DANGEROUS to something other that 4.75V is
out of the question, since that limit is determined by the +-5%
tolerance from the hard drive data sheets.
