Rockbox mail archiveSubject: Bug # 622799Bug # 622799
From: Bradley Alexander <storm_at_tux.org>
Date: 21 Oct 2002 23:31:14 -0400 Hi, I was just wondering if anyone had encountered the problems similar to mine. I opened bug 622799, which was basically that under 1.4, drive errors seem to cause a solid drive light, music stopping and a forced reset. It has been assigned to nobody, but, while not wanting to be pushy, it is very bothersome to have to reset the Rockbox every few minutes. Today I had it in the data center, and it was fine for the first hour or so, but after that, it started happening more and more often. When it first occured today, the battery indicator in the Info section still read 100%. I finally turned it off when I was spending more time resetting it than listening to music, and the battery read 85%, with the voltage in debug bouncing between 5.20 and 5.30 v. Can someone look into this bug, or has it possibly been addressed in one of the daily builds? I love the features of 1.4, but am almost at the point of backing off to 1.3 for a bit.
