This affects everyone who has filed a feature request or bug anonymously:

On 2002-10-18, SourceForge.net staff will disable the ability for
anonymous (unauthenticated) users to monitor Tracker items, forum
postings, and file packages. All existing monitors created by
anonymous users (many are a year, or more, old) are to be purged on
this date. Those users who previously established a monitor
anonymously and who wish to continue monitoring the Tracker item, forum
posting or file package in question, should login to SourceForge.net
and re-enable monitoring. This change solely concerns anonymous
monitoring and does not concern monitors established by users when
logged-in to SourceForge.net.
