Call other best buys. It took 5 stores before I found one with a recorder.
Then I was able to exchange my player for a recorder. If I had known all the
benefits of the recorder I would have gotten it to start with. I never
really cared about the recording function itself, but all the other features
make it far superior to the player.

I tried to do this when I exchanged by Studio 20 recently, but the Best
Buy in my area still doesn't carry the Recorder :(
