We can't change file system, since the archos firmware in ROM has to find and load the rockbox firmware file on disk. The archos firmware only knows fat32.

Same thing here. Complex audio processing cannot be done, since the mp3 playback is done in hardware.

Realizer is an overhyped equalizer - it cannot magically rediscover "lost frequencies". And, as with any multiband equalizer, cannot be implemented on the Archos.
