Some silent playing factoids (not very useful, unfortunately):

- it happened in a bouncy pocket (i.e. a jolt) today, using the latest
daily build with the IRQ change, so that doesn't seem to affect the
error

- when it happened (the silent playing), I looked at the Debug:mpeg
thread and saw no characteristic differences to when it's playing
normally

- if you just wait for the "bad" buffer to run out, there's a nasty loud
squelch right before the music starts again with the (assumed) refreshed
buffer
