Tries to get you to delete a legitimate Windows file from your computer.
Don't believe it, don't follow the instructions. DO get a good anti-virus
package and keep it updated. Then you won't have to worry about BS messages
like this one...

AVG anti-virus is excellent and free. Get it at www.grisoft.com
