Thanks for the comments. They were helpful, but I don't yet have a
unit, so I can't try it.

I'm considering buying an Archos Jukebox Recorder. Having read lots
of reviews, I wanted to know to what extent Rockbox would improve
things in order to help decide whether to get the Archos or a
Creative Jukebox 3.

I think if the benefits of Rockbox were listed on on the web it would
attract more people to use Rockbox, and inform people considering
buying a player.

While I'm here, can I ask - can the Archos Jukeboxes play 48KHz
files? And can Rockbox handle mp2s? (I think I saw on the Archos site
that their recent firmware versions can do mp2s, but I don't know
about Rockbox).
