It is archos20021208.mod. I should have mentioned that...

Thats why I was wondering if it is a problme with my hardware.
Especially since none of the developers could replicate the lockup. I am
considering putting a larger drive in the Archos.

On that note, the drives are standard 2.5" laptop IDE hard drives, which
plug onto one of the boards, correct? The USB connection is on one of
the system boards? Bjorn's pictures don't make that completely clear...
