I don't want to start a polemic but. Is it true that Archos didn't even care
to answer questions, try to help in any way, and acted exactly as if didn't
know the existence of Rockbox. And now suddendly they want to ship it with
their units?

An interesting development: Archos Product Management have asked for
permission to include Rockbox on the Support CD shipped with all their
Jukebox Studios.

I have granted them permission to do this. The GPL license actually allows
anyone to distribute Rockbox, but asking first is a nice gesture.
