If using RCA, Left will be IN for SPDIF and > Right->OUT (or vice versa)? </NABET> <NORM> I believe that left is output from the Archos, right is input to the Archos, but I'm not sure. It's easily tested. Most receivers tend to have only optical SP/DIF input, but some have both. My Sony receiver has one RCA coax and three optical inputs; connecting the left RCA plug from the SP/DIF on the Archos to the coax input on the receiver works fine. There are also devices you can get at your local electronics store that convert from digital in to coax out, and from coax in to digital out for SP/DIF signals. </NORM> -- Why, oh why, Do my telnet sessions die? - Norm, "Ode to a bad firewall" - - -.-- .-.. - - -.-- .-.. - - -.-- .-.. - - -.-- .-.. - - -.-- .-..
