does anyone have a recommendation for the best way to play the rockbox over
a car stereo (only has CD player and AM/FM tuner.... no input jack) ?

i'm considering some kind of FM transmitter. there are commercial models
available and also circuit-board assembly kits... running on various
battery supply options.

i think a transmitter that runs on AA batteries might be a good option
because i can use the same size rechargeables for the transmitter and the
player itself. what about 9 volt batteries, though?

i've seen some sites that offer kits or pre-assembled models. but one
concern of mine is that without some kind of case the circuit board would
break easily.

anybody have a good suggestion in this regard... and also a source for
obtaining the needed parts?

thanks a lot, and also thank you very much for the rockbox firmware.
