Personally I'd rather just respond to each email/bug report that we get that states we have this bug, a canned response stating why the problem isn't ours. If they are taking the time to notify us, they should take the time to notify the company that build the originating software wrong. I agree, in principle. However refusing to support bad paths will just land us repeated bug reports and support headaches. "It works with the Archos firmware so it must be a bug in Rockbox".
