I think it's the usual error with some Microsoft Mailer at some site. F.e.
today I received some mail twice, one directly routed to me, the other
going on some detour:

I think the problem can only be solved by the mailing list admin removing
the receiver of this "mail pickup service by MAILESSENTIALS".
