Hi,

I'm the one who came up with the initial implementation of the text viewer. A few people requested the word-wrap option but it is not as simple as is sounds because we do not actually store the whole file in memory but only a 1 or 2k buffer.

I spent a little time trying to implement this option but didn't submit a patch because I was not really hapy with the result. The problem in my implementation was that the wrap point was not allways constant.

eg: The line
   This is a sample line
would wrap in
   This is a sample
   line
while scrolling down,
   This
   is a sample line
while scrolling up.

I probably still have the code for that so if you think this behaviour is acceptable I can submit a patch.

gilles.
