First of all, regarding the resume problem, turns out it was my problem.
Some code I had on at one time was using the bits that queue_resume are
now using. I put some temporary code on to clear out the field on the
disk, loaded fresh code and everything works like it should. Sorry for
the false alarm...

Regarding the "I don't care about batteries" setting, I've been
considering adding some further support for loading other settings from
a .cfg file (ie. Anti-skip). That might partially accomplish this...
