Hi,
I put a new version up for download
Changes:
- pressing Enter for a longer time while browsing enters all
  folders and plays the first song. This is not a real folder
  play function but it's the best we have for now.
- Numeric values on the sound settings screen
  as suggested by Roland
  Values end in 99 as there's not enough space do display 100
Any further suggestions?

There wouldn't be enough space for Vol Bas Tre Bal Lou ...
It'd have to be VoBaTrBlLo ...
I don't use "Super Bass" or AVC as they sound bad to me and there's
already too much AVC on most recordings.

All audio devices that I know off have linear perceived volume settings.
In hardware they use Log variable resistors to do it, in software
it should be much simpler.
Is it the need to be different that makes rockbox people think
otherwise?

I started by doing it that way but it felt funny as I always started
reading the text at the icon and my brain took a few millisecs to skip
the "invalid character"
