As the English text does not mention settings, the
German text shouldn't either.

Also, you should be able to guess what it means without
scrolling: So as a command I suggest:
".cfg-Datei speichern" which is a short as possible.

After the job is done you could display
"Einstellungen gespeichert" where it
says ("Saved Settings").
