Hi,

Noticed that the tools makefile isn't correct for bmp2rb when running on
little-endian machines; LITTLE_ENDIAN must be defined then.

Perhaps it would be better to change the read macros to be independant
of endianess? (I.e., something like "x[0] | x[1] << 8".)
