Just cutting some parts of the mp3 file at a frame level to either split a
vey big file in smaller ones or to get rid of too long silence parts in one
file.
The issue with mpcut and ID3 tags is that mpcut fails to parse most of my
ID3 tags and therefore doesn't want to load my files for editing.
