This has been reported before. Apparently the standard firmware, when
loading a firmware file from disk, only matches the first 10 characters in
the file, and loads the first file it finds that matches.

I would recommend naming your backup files differently, e.g.
ajbrec.bak.ajz or something.

Maybe this could go in the FAQ?
