I did a full day of snowboarding, temperature 0degC to 3degC, with my FM
recorder in a pocket. It was cold to the touch but not frozen, perhaps
6degC to 10degC, and the only problem was that the device turns off on
severe impact. Root cause of the problem is that I suck and fall lots, of
course.

It was a warm day, though.
