Read the release notes that went with 1.4.

All the features you mentioned were added after 1.4 was released. try a
daily build instead.

seem to find.how do i access these features? what do i use to write a
cfg file? also on cfg i take it that only the values you add to cfg are
changed all other setting stay default?
