The same thing happens with my recorder 20 too:
power-saving off, 4 seconds
power-saving on, 7 seconds

With power-saving off the next track starts playing immediatly after the
current track with a 4 second delay. During this delay the music is still
playing. When power-saving is set to On the music stops after 4 seconds and the
next track starts after 3 seconds of silence.
