I believe user would like half seconds increment as the finest. But 1/2
seconds increment can be more confusing than 1/10.

If you do it in 1/10 seconds increment, then we don't need a configurable
variable (that we seem to have enough of already).

But we (I?) could of course later extend %t to a syntax like '%t1.5' (for 1.5
seconds delay). That is more user friendly, but also a bit messier to code
(just a little bit).

Remember that if you define %t to take only the next digital character as
argument, we will suddenly get incompatible if we want to be able to take more
digital characters as argument. So define the syntax in a future-extendable
way and I'm happy.

Yep, so I keep all low level arguments away. I'm not coding this function,
so you are the boss :-) I'll do my extends later if I need...
