While I am by no means an expert on User Interface design, I think I would try to design the interface so that no more than 3 items are available for choice. This is how the cell phone manufacturers do it. I don't know where VBR fix would go, I don't know if rename/delete/queue/vbr fix menu is the best place for it. The general concept is what I was going for, not the specifics of a particular menu.
